CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST

Are the kids getting at the age to cook for themselves? I have a thirteen and ten-year-old and they are just learning to cook this is a quick five-minute prep breakfast dish my youngest loves to help with.

INGREDIENTS-4 Servings

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Cinnamon Extract, divided

  • 4 slices bread


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Beat eggs in a shallow dish or pie plate. Add milk, sugar and 1 teaspoon of the flavor; whisk until well blended.

  2. Dip each bread slice in egg mixture, turning to coat evenly on both sides.

  3. Cook bread slices on a lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
